Shedeur Sanders seems to be dropping one hint after another that he sees himself playing for the Las Vegas Raiders come 2025. With Tom Brady now a minority owner, it’s become one of the most open secrets in sports: the “Grown QB” has his sights set on Sin City, and the feeling might be mutual.
Adding fuel to the rumors, Shedeur recently debuted a new pair of Nike Air Max DT ’96s in a silver and black colorway, emblazoned with “Thank you GOD” on the sides. This detail mirrors his tweets following each Raiders loss this season, suggesting he’s tracking the team and perhaps sees himself as part of their future rebuild. In a video, Shedeur even gave a subtle nod to the Raiders, which fans took as a sign that he envisions himself in silver and black.
Another major connection? Shedeur’s agency, SMAC Entertainment, also represents Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce. According to Sports Illustrated’s Kenny Lee, this shared representation hints at the close ties Sanders already has with the organization.
With all these connections in place, it would be surprising to see Shedeur anywhere but Las Vegas. And if anyone can orchestrate the behind-the-scenes moves to make it happen, it’s Coach Prime.
