Former manager: Of broncos have secured moved after……

Ex-Broncos head coach Vic Fangio is out after one year in Miami.

Fangio led the Broncos for three seasons (19–30) while serving as head coach in Denver from 2019–2021. In none of those seasons did they finish above.500 or qualify for the playoffs. After taking a break from the NFL in 2022, he joined Mike McDaniel’s Miami team this season.

There were rumors that Fangio could take over as DC after Sean Payton was signed by the Broncos as their head coach last winter. But that didn’t happen until a year after he left Dove Valley. In a hilarious turn of events, Payton turned to face Vance Joseph, another former head coach in Denver.

The team had a terrible start to the season, even allowing the Dolphins to score a franchise-high 70 points. A five-game winning streak during the season and a significant comeback have many believing Joseph will be back in 2024. Payton refused to say as much during his press conference at the end of the season, but there is no doubt that Joseph is in trouble.

Payton could be tempted to take a shot at Fangio if he were available. However, Schefter notes that he’s probably going to move to Philadelphia to be nearer to his family.
