Final Rankings Have Georgia Well Out in Front for No. 1 Recruiting Class.

The Georgia Bulldogs, who recruited mostly during the summer in order to get ready for a record 2023 football season, have benefited from the 2024 class.

The Bulldogs are most likely the best recruiting class in 2024 after 247Sports announced its final player rankings update for this class.

Georgia received a fresh five-star rating for their group along with these final rankings update, painting a picture of the class as a whole.

Four players that were regarded as the fifth star were signed by Kirby Smart and his team. The first is Ellis Robinson IV, the best cornerback in the country and the second-best player overall.

Robinson is the fourth highest-rated prospect to sign with the Bulldogs, after Trenton Thompson, Nolan Smith, and Justin Fields, with a composite ranking of.9989. KJ Bolden, a five-star safety, is also in the secondary.

The in-state talent from Buford High School is ranked 15th in the country with a composite rating of.9951. The man ranked between Bolden and Robinson is the best linebacker in the country.

For a brief period, Justin Williams held the five-star ranking, making him the finest linebacker of 2024. In the 2024 class, he has a composite rank of.9960, placing him tenth.

Glenn Schumann’s newest five-star prospect is his jogging partner. Chris Cole is the 23rd-best player in the nation and the third-best linebacker.

When he committed to Georgia, he was rated as a four-star talent; but, after an outstanding senior season in Virginia, where he led his team to a deep playoff run, he was named Georgia’s newest five-star recruit for the 2024 class.

The Dawgs now have 16 players ranked as four-star prospects, as he is no longer one.

The first two four-stars are defensive line commits, so let’s stay on the defensive end of the ball. The first is Nasir Johnson, who ranks as the tenth-best defensive tackle in the 2024 draft class.

With a composite ranking of.9384, he is also ranked as the seventh-best player in the State of Georgia and the 52nd-best player from this class.

The 11th-best defensive lineman and teammate of Justin Williams, Joseph Jonah-Ajonye, comes in after him. His overall rating of.9845 places him as the 56th-rated player in the nation.
