Done deal: west ham have saved contract with top striker…

West Ham United could be offered chance to sign Jonathan Clauss.

Intermediaries may offer Jonathan Clauss to West Ham United in order to get rid of the 31-year-old French international from Marseille, according to L’Equipe via Sport Witness.

David Moyes may start to think about moving for the right-back, even though it is implausible at this late stage of the transfer market.

Although there have been no confirmed links to any players, there have been rumors that West Ham United is considering signing a new right-back during this transfer window. Although they have been mentioned in several reports as potential suitors for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the Manchester United player is expected to stay at Old Trafford.

David Moyes is keeping a watchful eye on events at right-back since his two top choices have summer contracts expiring. Vladimir Coufal still has one more season left, and his efforts this year most definitely merit it. Ben Johnson’s long-term future at the London Stadium is uncertain, though.

In light of this, Jonathan Clauss has emerged with connections to the Hammers.

According to French reports, Marseille has made it known that they intend to let go of the 31-year-old French international, and that they have made West Ham an offer for the player.

Clauss is charged with not giving Marseille his all since he wishes to be fit for France’s 2024 European Championship campaign.

He deserves credit for being chosen by Didier Deschamps for the previous four international matches, and he has a chance of making the squad.

Regarding the Hammers connection, though, there is very little possibility that he will travel to London on the last day of the transfer window.

Moyes hopes an attacker shows up on the last day, even though a new right-back might not. With Said Bernama on the verge of joining Lyon, West Ham has been searching for an unidentified attacker,

Although there has already been a failed attempt to sign Ibrahim Osman, the manager of the Hammers has other plans.

Additionally, he had planned to sign Jota from Al-Ittihad, but neither star is likely to arrive since the Saudi transfer market ends tonight.
