This season, Hannibal has failed to find consistent playing time at Old Trafford because he has frequently fallen below Scott McTominay and Bruno Fernandes in Erik ten Hag’s pecking order. In 11 games in multiple competitions for Man United this season, the 20-year-old has managed just one goal.

The fact that the Tunisia international has spent the most of his time on the sidelines may be the reason he only averages 0.2 shots, 0.4 crucial passes, and 0.4 dribbles per ninety minutes in the Premier League. According to whoscored’s statistics, he had an accurate pass completion percentage of 83.8% in the English first division, indicating that he was accurate when distributing possession in the opponent’s half.

Hannibal can clear some room so that he can land a couple hits on target. When he plays consistently and with confidence on the field, he can create a few clear-cut opportunities in the final third with his vision and is a solid ball handler.
