The Steelers confirmed that Russell Wilson will start under center on September 8 after he won an off-season battle for the job.

But Tomlin warned his opposite number Raheem Morris that he has a few tricks up his sleeve thanks to Fields’ unique talents.
“My friend Raheem Morris better be ready for a Justin Fields package,” Tomlin said on The Rich Eisen Show yesterday.
“There’s too much talent to be sitting around watching.”
Fields, 25, was drafted by the Chicago Bears with the No. 11 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
