Riley wouldn’t say much when asked whether he was reluctant to remark because of a possible appeals procedure.

 

Riley remarked, “I’m not sure that I want to even go that far.” “I just can’t at this time. I thus promise to do so when I can, but not now.

 

The third-year head coach of the Sooners also declined to provide an official statement’s release date.

This will undoubtedly be a major distraction in the run-up to the game versus LSU, which is rated #1. Riley, though, dismissed it as just another challenge in their 12-1 campaign.
