“You lost Marvin Harrison Jr.,” PicKell said. “There’s no replacing him. But you bring in (transfer running back) Quinshon Judkins, you bring back (running back) TreVeyon Henderson, you got (transfer quarterback) Will Howard. I see all the ingredients here for Chip Kelly to do some really good things offensively.”
