Nuno Espírito Santo has consented to take over as manager of Nottingham Forest, and his appointment is anticipated to be officially confirmed on Wednesday. After just one victory in 13 games, the team fired Steve Cooper and hired Nuno, a former head coach of Wolves and Tottenham. With the squad now sitting 17th in the Premier League, five points above the relegation zone.

Nuno is unemployed as a result of his dismissal from Al-Ittihad, a Saudi Arabian club, early in November, just months after he won the championship there.
