Though his journey to the top of the game hasn’t been smooth, Tyreek Hill has established himself as one of the NFL’s best and most dynamic players.

During his time in the NFL, Hill has run into issues on occasion. During his time with the Chiefs, he faced accusations of child abuse, and while he was a member of the Dolphins, he was involved in off-field altercations that made headlines. He was also accused of domestic violence during his time in college.

In June 2023, while practicing football drills at the receiver’s estate, Instagram model Sophie Hall says that Hill shattered her leg. This is Hill’s most recent incident. Only eight days had passed since Hill’s alleged assault on a marina employee in Miami Beach, Florida.

There is no denying Hill’s talent. In 2023, he recorded 119 catches and was the league leader in receiving touchdowns (13) and receiving yards (1,799).

But it’s important to consider Hill’s troubled past as he once more finds himself the focus of a possible NFL inquiry into his activities. This is especially true given that when he first entered the NFL in 2016, he was the subject of several draft boards throughout the league due to concerns surrounding him.

Hill was charged with felony domestic abuse and battery by strangulation after spending the night in jail. On that day, Hill was let go from Oklahoma State’s football and track departments.

The university released a statement saying, “Oklahoma State University does not tolerate domestic abuse or violence.”
