Los Angeles Rams head coach just announce his depaturedue to…..

The roster now has more depth because to the McVay family tree.On Wednesday, Sean McVay, the head coach of the Rams, and his spouse Veronika welcomed a son into the world. The team announced the birth of McVay’s baby with the following official roster move: “Delivered Jordan John McVay.”

In the weeks preceding Jordan’s birth, there was some worry as to whether or not he would arrive on a Sunday and/or during a Los Angeles game. Last week, McVay said that if his wife went into labor during a game, he would not coach the Rams and would leave the field if it happened during a matchup.

Luckily for McVay and the Rams, the little boy chose to arrive early in the week, giving dad full permission to see his team play the Cowboys in Dallas this Sunday.

After being away from the team earlier in the week to attend his son’s birth, McVay is undoubtedly a little behind schedule when it comes to his game preparations for the Cowboys. He is also going through what it’s like to try to sleep, which can be a challenging endeavor, while taking care of an infant.

McVay stated, “I’m tired,” on Friday. “I’m catching up, but I’m far behind because of everything that happened this week. I have a ton of work ahead of me. All is well, but I really need to get some sleep. Everything is wonderful, but because of our rhythm and routine, we are creatures of habit. It’s crucial that our players are happy because when that goes wrong, I can get a little tense and angry. To catch up, I’ll simply need to put in a little extra effort on the back end, and I have plenty of time to do that before we start there on Sunday at noon. Despite not getting enough sleep earlier in the week, I have generally taken good care of myself this year, and when you lose it, shit gets real. You are currently sensing that from me.”
