Darvin Ham, the head coach of the Lakers, was sacked a few hours ago.
There have been calls for the LA Lakers to replace coach Darvin Ham throughout their turbulent 25-25 season. Although none of the Lakers’ players have publicly demanded that Ham step down, a handful have made suggestions in recent interviews that they are not happy with him.
Ham is frequently criticized for his dubious rotation choices and lack of in-game changes. This includes his insistence on continuing to play veteran forward Taurean Prince even when he isn’t making shots.
Tension seems to be rising lately, suggesting that LA’s best players are getting weary of not knowing what their night-to-night game plans will include.
