sad news: Ipswich town captain Sam Morsy have just announced his conclusion divorce with his…..

the captain, believes that Ipswich Town will “come back stronger” after their heartbreaking loss to Cardiff City.

After leading 1-0 after 94 minutes, the Tractor Boys’ six-match winning streak came to an end when they gave up twice in stoppage time.

With nine games remaining, Ipswich is currently in third place in the Championship.

“By our standards, the two goals were disappointing. But that’s football; we’ve emerged victorious from many late games,” Morsy said on BBC Radio Suffolk.

“If you’re not totally focused, which I don’t think we were in the last section, it can happen.

“Obviously there was a lot going on in the game but I felt we could have done a little bit better for both goals.”

As they attempt to complete back-to-back promotions, Ipswich is now one point behind Leeds United in second position and four points behind leaders Leicester City.

“You have to go to the last whistle, no-one’s going to roll over for us – it’s not a nice feeling, but it will motivate us to come back better and stronger,” Morsy added.

“We’ve responded pretty well after every loss this season, and that’s the kind of response we want to see.

We’ll press on; it’s not a bad situation at all. We’ll put in a lot of effort to create more wonderful days like the ones we’ve enjoyed.”

With his strike against his old team, Kieffer Moore has scored six goals in nine appearances since joining Town on loan from Bournemouth.

Morsy continued, “He gives so much to the team.” “He puts in a lot of effort and is a natural goal scorer.

“He’s going to score a lot of goals between now and the end of the season, I’m sure.”
On Saturday, Ipswich will host Sheffield Wednesday, who are currently in last place.A minute before halftime at Twickenham, Tadhg Beirne began sprinting on to Jack Crowley’s flat pass towards what appeared to be a gap in the English defensive line.
