Jamarion Morrow, 4-star Germantown athlete for 2025, adds Georgia football offer.
The list of SEC football programs vying for Germantown’s standout player now includes Georgia football.
The Georgia Bulldogs and Kirby Smart’s staff have extended an offer to Jamarion Morrow, the fifth-ranked prospect in Tennessee for the Class of 2025, who made the announcement on the X platform, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday afternoon.
Already, he has accepted offers from Alabama, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Auburn, and Auburn in the conference.
Morrow received an offer from Alabama last summer from former Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban and his team. Morrow is rated as a four-star talent by 247Sports Composite. Earlier last month, Saban made his retirement official.
Morrow was among the Red Devils’ best performers this past season on both sides of the ball. He finished with 12 total touchdowns and 1,212 all-purpose yards on offense. He recorded 24 tackles, two tackles for loss, three pass breakups, and four interceptions in his defensive career. This season, he was selected to The Commercial Appeal’s All-Metro football second team.
Before Houston, the eventual state champion, defeated the Red Devils in the TSSAA 6A quarterfinals, he guided the team to two playoff victories and an undefeated regular season.
Georgia’s offer coincides with Morrow’s intended announcement of his last five college choices. A few weeks ago, he announced on social media that he would soon be reducing the number of offers he had to only five.
