When Fulham returned to the Premier League the previous season, they performed admirably, finishing in 10th place.
Even though they finished this campaign in 13th place, their football significantly improved.
Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, and Timothy Castagne are examples of successful signings that highlight the team’s astute hiring practices.
And if their success the previous season was mostly down to playing well against clubs nearby, their current season’s victories over Manchester United, Arsenal, and Tottenham demonstrate their progress.

Compared to other Premier League players this season, Antonee Robinson has made the most interceptions with sixteen. Excellent this campaign, but inconsistent last term.
The 33-year-old, who is in the fall of his career and has looked it since his summer move, is the biggest disappointment. Just seven goals throughout the league, with his two goals in 2024 coming on the last day.
Alex Iwobi has improved the most. Granted, his performances at Everton were lackluster, but since his deadline-day move, defenders have found him extremely challenging to manage.
A memorable game
Not just one, but two. In December, Fulham easily defeated West Ham and Nottingham Forest by 5-0 scores in the course of four days.
