premier league signed the captain of Everton as the new manager and fired Sean Dyche due to the defeat of……..

Chelsea started the game a little slowly, and in the first ten minutes, Everton squandered a few good chances, including a point-blank attempt from Beto that was not offside despite the linesman’s signal.

Fortunately, the game soon became Cole Palmer’s show. He scored three goals in as many minutes: a masterful first in the 12th, a well-taken second in the 16th (using his head), and a funny third in the 29th after picking off a pass from Pickford and chipping it into the empty net.

After then, Chelsea took a break, which gave Everton the opportunity to reenter the game. However, we managed to stay rather comfortable at the back until Jackson’s goal just before halftime, which effectively ended the game.

Everton started the second half with a lot of energy, but after a few minutes, their motivation quickly faded.

Palmer would then make it four for him and five for us on the spot, but not before creating a little of drama because Jackson and Madueke both wanted to take it. Captain Gallagher did a good job of reestablishing order.

That was the last moment of drama for the evening, or until Alfie Gilchrist scored in added time, which he celebrated with all the joy a young player has when he scores for his boyhood club for the first time.

We even kept the sheet spotless! What day and what game!

Lethargic.

Palmer completed a flawless hat-trick with a left, header, right, and a penalty as well.

For the first time in 13 games, a clean sheet!
Chelsea is still in ninth place, but with two games remaining, they are only one point behind West Ham in eighth. With a game remaining against both Manchester United and Newcastle United, they are also only three points away from sixth and seventh place.
Legends like Drogba, Ballack, and Lampard have previously experienced similar events, thus every hot take over the penalty kerfuffle should be muted.
The biggest setback in Sean Dyche’s career to date!
Next up: Saturday’s FA Cup semifinal match between Manchester City and Wembley.
