Bhopal: In yet another road accident casualty allegedly caused by stray cattle menace in the city, a bike-borne 26-year-old man could not spot a stray animal sitting on Raisen Road at Adampur village in Bilkhiriya and rammed his bike into the animal. He fell on the road and sustained severe injuries. He was rushed to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment around 11 days later on Friday night.

Acting on information, Bilkhiriya police registered a case and started investigations.
Investigation officer ASI Beni Prasad said that the deceased Gaurav Sisodia, 26, a resident of Parades Kachi village in Bilkhiriya, worked in a private job. He was married.
ASI Beni Prasad said that on July 2 around 4am Gaurav was returning home from night duty by bike. When he reached Adampur village on Raisen Road, he could not spot stray cattle sitting on the road and rammed into it. He sustained severe injuries and was rushed to a hospital from where he was shifted to another hospital where he died while undergoing treatment on Friday. A case was registered, and further investigations were on.
