Breaking news: cycling legend lance Armstrong has been just Arrested this morning due to him ex……….

The police report detailing the alleged sexual assault by Lance Armstrong’s son Luke will not see the light of day.

According to records obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Austin Police Department has made a decision not to release the report “pertaining to the arrest of Mr. Luke Armstrong.”

Based on a letter written by the police department, they believe the information at issue is exempted from being released because it “pertains to the reporting of alleged child abuse.”

The police said the criminal case is still pending. Therefore, “it is also the department’s position that the release of the information, or prosecution of crime, and issue would interfere with the detection, investigation, or prosecution of crime.” A final determination on the release will be made by the Attorney General of Texas.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier this month, Luke was arrested by the Austin Police Department on charges of sexual assault of a child.

According to a police affidavit, the alleged incident took place after a house party in June 2018. At the time, Luke was 18 and the alleged victim was 16.

The alleged victim reported the incident to the police in November 2020. In court documents, investigators revealed the girl said Luke picked her up from a party because she had been drinking.

The girl claimed she had no memory of the drive home with Luke. The next thing she remembered was waking up to him assaulting her on a couch in his home. During their investigation, officials spoke to people close to the victim.

The friends reportedly confirmed the alleged victim told them about an assault involving Luke. Another friend claimed the girl claimed the encounter was consensual.

Following his release from jail, Luke’s attorney, Randy Leavitt, released a statement denying the allegations. He claimed his client was involved in a consensual relationship with the girl for years.
