Luka Milojevic, who is set to depart Crystal Palace this summer, has talked about how unique his time there has been.
The Serbian midfielder, who joined Palace in January 2017 under Sam Allardyce’s leadership, is expected to leave the south London club this summer after spending six and a half years with the Eagles.
Since then, Milojevic has developed into one of Palace’s most important players. He was named captain in January 2018 and ended up leading the team in scoring for both the 2017–18 and 2018–19 seasons.

Along with fellow midfielder James McArthur, the Serbian was given the chairman’s award for excellent contribution this week at the club’s end-of-season awards. He has scored 28 goals in 198 games for Palace overall.
And since joining Palace from Olympiacos in Greece, Milojevic has expressed how much his time there has meant to him.
He remarked, “It’s the football life, but I have been at this club for so long and because this club is so special, you feel it will never end.”
“Being a part of this unique club for nearly seven years has been an honor. I would want to express my gratitude to all of the managers, instructors, and employees who helped to make my time here so wonderful. I see a team full of ambition to pursue ever-higher goals when I compare the club now to when I first joined; you can be sure I will be watching the outcomes from a distance.
“To the supporters: I shall always remember the support you gave me on the field, whether we were winning or losing. Selhurst Park has a unique atmosphere. Every player’s desire is to play in the Premier League, and it has been an honor to play for Crystal Palace for such a long time. I hope I have made you all proud.
“I want to express my gratitude to all of you: athletes, coaches, and several unnamed individuals. I want to thank each and every one of you for making me feel special every single day.
