Oliver Glasner, the head coach of Crystal Palace in south London, expressed his desire to see better Premier League finishes in the table during his tenure at the club in an exclusive interview with TNT Sports prior to the team’s Premier League encounter against Manchester City on Saturday. Additionally, Glasner states that he wants his squad to play with more intensity than they do now, although he acknowledges that it will take time.

Oliver Glasner, the manager of Crystal Palace in the Premier League, says he wants his team to have “one Mona Lisa” throughout his tenure.
After Roy Hodgson was fired in February, Glasner signed a deal that will keep him as Palace’s manager through the conclusion of the 2025–2026 season.
The 49-year-old German has only been in south London for a short while, but in that time, he has guided Palace to one win, two draws, and two losses. With 30 points, Palace is currently in 14th place in the Premier League, eight points above the relegation zone.

After being promoted to the Premier League in the 2013–14 season, Palace has only finished lower in the league once, in 15th place, and at its highest point, 10th, in the 14–15 season.
According to Glasner, the team must work together to move up the Premier League standings.
“My goals don’t matter if the team or the players have different goals,” he stated to TNT Sports prior to Palace’s live kickoff against Manchester City on Saturday at midday.
