Breaking News: carlos alcaraz head coach Juan Carlos Ferrero has been fired few hours ago due to….

Head Coach Carlos Alcaraz José Luis Ferrero has lost his job.

There won’t be a coach for Carlos Alcaraz at the Australian Open. He won’t have Juan Carlos Ferrero, his current coach, at the very least. Ferrero will not be able to travel to Australia to support Alcaraz as he progresses through the competition since he has an arthroscopy procedure scheduled for his left knee.Ferrero won’t be available until early March, when Alcaraz is expected to compete in the Masters 1000 tournament in Indian Wells, California, according to Marca.

Although Ferrero already has Samuel Lopez as a stand-in, I believe Carlos Alcaraz might perform better by pairing up with someone who is accustomed to playing in the intense Australian summer heat and creating a partnership that would provide tennis fans with an incredible amount of entertainment. Perhaps Alcaraz could just appoint Nick Kyrgios as interim coach in lieu of Lopez.

Really, it all makes perfect sense. Kyrgios will not be competing in the Australian Open since he is currently recovering from an injury. He is well aware of the psychological and demanding aspects of tennis, and after witnessing Andrey Rublev suffer a total breakdown at the ATP Finals, he even volunteered to assist Rublev.

Carlos Alcaraz has had cramps several times in his brief career. Because of his incessant cramping, Alcaraz was forced to withdraw from the French Open quarterfinals against Novak Djokovic. How much water he drinks while playing on Melbourne’s courts may determine how far he advances in Australia.

For Kyrgios, a temporary position as a coach might also be suitable. At this point, he most likely wants to start playing again. Even if he doesn’t, this brief arrangement will allow him to truly assess if becoming a full-time coach is something he would want to pursue.

Furthermore, imagine the wild reaction of the Melbourne audience if Carlos Alcaraz and Nick Kyrgios were playing side by side in the men’s final. This is particularly true should Holger Rune and his coach, Boris Becker, get to the championship game. In addition, there would be some fantastic episodes if Netflix decided to produce a third season of Point Break.
