Breaking news: Swansea City Striker Has Sealed His…

Out of style The former Swansea City striker, who was linked to a Championship team, has sealed his loan exit from Burnley.

Despite playing only twice for Macedonia this season, the 23-year-old has not yet featured for the Clarets.

The former Stuttgart player appeared in 13 games as Vincent Kompany’s team won the championship with ease the previous season.

Prior to being admitted to the hospital this summer due to what was believed to be blood poisoning, Churlinov had a successful loan stint at Schalke in the 2021–2022 season.

He will now go back to Germany and play for the 2. Bundesliga team for the rest of the season.

Schalke stated that a “buy option” is included in the agreement to acquire Churlinov from Burnley.

In response to his move, Churlinov stated, “I’m happy to be back on Schalke.”

“I’ve maintained constant communication with the team and the supporters.

I now want to repay the club for believing in me, ideally by contributing goals, assists, and, most importantly, victories.

Despite having little playing experience this season, Karel Geraerts, head coach of Schalke, believes Churlinov will be up and running in no time.

He declared, “His adaptability and inventiveness will give us new options.”

“I discussed Darko’s level of fitness extensively with Vincent Kompany, Burnley’s coach.

He affirmed that Darko has participated in full team training for the past three months in addition to playing for the reserves.

These results were validated by our tests.

Michael Obafemi, a striker for Burnley, is also being linked to a loan move, this time to Millwall of the Championship.

After recovering from surgery, the 23-year-old has played for the Clarets for just 19 minutes this season.

The Republic of Ireland player sustained a hamstring injury while traveling with his team, necessitating surgery during the summer.

After making his comeback in November, Obafemi has only played as a substitute twice, against Sheffield United and Arsenal, respectively.

Obafemi is currently much lower in the hierarchy because Burnley signed David Datro Fofana on loan from Chelsea earlier in the transfer window.

With Tom Bradshaw sidelined due to injury, Millwall is expected to finalize a loan deal for the former Swansea City forward, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
