ANFA General Secretary Kiran Rai handed Annese the letter at ANFA Complex.
Annese was appointed to the post by the fourth Executive Committee meeting of ANFA on Wednesday.
Similarly, newly appointed Assistant General Secretary Damodar Bhattarai was also handed over the appointment letter by General Secretary Rai. Bhattarai, along with Arun Man Joshi and Basanta Raj Aryal, was appointed to the post by the fourth Ex-Co meeting.
