WNT STATEMENT – JOSHUA FILLER – Matchro Pool
The WNT has made the difficult decision to withdraw Joshua Filler from the Moscow I Cup. This decision along with the reasons have been communicated to Joshua. Joshua will be replaced by David Alcaide, the next highest-ranked player.

Damn. You could kinda see it coming with what happened in the Reyes Cup, but you’d think they’d reconsider given how they got whooped so bad without him.
He’s going to be cleaning up the WPA stops. His competition will be an old Appleton.

Matchro want USA to win, so weakening Europe is in their best interests.
I suspect that Matchro and other WNT players are bitter that Filler won lots of money in New Zealand and China.
This might be their way of getting back at him.
