Update: Two males were found dead at a swimming pool at the Cypress Winds Apartments in Bradenton.
It’s located off of Manatee Avenue West.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office says a resident at the apartment complex was walking his dog and saw the victims submerged at the bottom of the pool on Sunday around 9:00 a.m.
Detectives are investigating the incident; they found no immediate signs of foul play, and the cause of death and identities of the victims are still unknown.
Residents in the apartment complex told ABC7 that the neighborhood is peaceful and safe.
“It’s a very good area, a lot of people think that it’s not, but it is, and this has never happened here before,” said Angela Jacques, who has lived in the complex for 16 years.

The entire pool is wrapped in crime scene tape.
Officers on the scene have not released an official statement yet.
