On Thursday, August 3, at approximately 9 p.m., a boat collision happened ten miles north of Broken Bow on Broken Bow Lake.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 2013 Tahoe was adrift in the water when a 2022 Skeeter was traveling Southeast toward the marina area on the lake.
The Skeeter struck the Tahoe on its port side and continued over it, striking the passenger.
OHP identified the Tahoe passenger as 59-year-old Stephen Malone of Bandera, Texas. Malone was pronounced dead at the scene due to sustained injuries.
